Pros:
Drop off was very easy once we found a location that was willing to help us. The Washington ave. Location in St. Louis was absolutely horrible and not willing to help us at all. We had reserved a van and they did not have any left once we arrived to pick it up.Cons:
We arrived at the Washington ave location in St. Louis and were told they didn’t have our van and it was our responsibility to find another location that had a van. Two minutes later the staff was helping another customer transfer their pickup to another location but couldn’t do the same for us?Budget

Our minivan was given away, they gave us an suv that was too small for my family, it had no gas, was not cleaned and smelled like smoke. Front desk was no help.2.0 Poor

Could have been better by actually having a car for me. Avis ran me around saying I didn’t pass a soft credit check. I got my bank on the phone because there is no way I wouldn’t pass. Avis could not tell me why or what they were checking for. I tried to rebook-they had NO CARS IN THE AREA2.0 Poor

There was no attendant for 25 minutes at this location. They also denied renting a vehicle to me after I had called to make sure they accept a debit card. Worse experience. Ended up having to take a flight. I will never rent or recommend Avis -particularly this location 2925 Olive street, saint Louis MO.2.0 Poor
