Reserved a car and went to go pick it up and upon arrival we found out they had closed before actual closing hours. Talked with another person that was there at the same time and they mentioned thrifty had given out all their cars. I shouldn't have been able to reserve a car ahead of time if they're just going to give out all available vehicles.Reviewed Jun 5 2024

Never got the car, after arriving nobody was in the office and after calling multiple times they didn’t have any reservation made to my name despite having the reservation and itinerary numbers. They shielded behind the excuse of making a deposit to reserve and I was never ask that until that moment, plus no cell service to call customer support to resolve the issue with KAYAK. Someone made a mistake along those lines and I never do it again.Reviewed Jun 4 2024

Moved us from Thrifty to Alamo. After waiting line for 30 minutes someone tells us if we made a reservation that day or the day before they are booked and we have no reservations. Continued to say for those of you who booked two days ago or prior, you have a 2 hour wait.Reviewed Jun 4 2024

Can't reach a person at Thrifty at pickup location. Always sends me to website or automated person. Wanted to change drop off location and found it impossible to get assistance with this whether on website or on phone. No customer service available. Very frustrating!Reviewed Jun 3 2024

I wouldn't say it was fantastic, hate it when they try to sell you extra insurance. When you already have it. Ordered a wildcard for 2 large cases they said I didn't. Hidden costs I proberly got charged for that I don't know of.Reviewed Jun 2 2024

Poor pick up instructions: No mention in email of where/how to pickup. No mention that Thrifty was at Hertz counter. Very small Thrifty sign that I missed. Airport info desk told me to take a shuttle to holiday inn?! I wasted a lot of time finding the pickup.Reviewed Jun 2 2024
