If you want to consider adventuring these places, going for a well-raised vehicle is a good idea for navigation. If you are on a budget, you are well off with an intermediate SUV.

Cons:
On arrival, the car I had reserved wasn't available. No offer of a comparable car for my contracted rate. The agent tried to up-sell me to a larger vehicle for $30.00 more per day because they weren't ready. I had to wait for over an hour to get the contracted car. It will be a long time before I rent from Hertz and that location again.3.2 Poor

Pros:
Not much.Cons:
Car was not clean; in fact, it smelled like rotten food and spilled beer. So I asked for a different full-size car exchange. They had no other full-sized cars which I had doubts they were telling me the truth. So, I ended up with a compact car with full-size pricing. It was not clean either but it did not smell inside. One location in Bellevue

Nov 2016
Pros:
The employee was professional.Cons:
I have been driving out of town frequently for business this year and am familiar with the car rental process. I decided to try Enterprise because the price SEEMED like a great deal (53.67 for a 2-day economy rental) and the drop-off time for a Sunday was later than most car rental companies. However, upon arriving, I was informed that there was a 200.00 security deposit. I was surprised because the security deposit was twice as high as any other car rental company I have rented from thus far. Then, I was informed that because I was using my visa debit card instead of my credit card, I would need to provide two additional forms to secure my rental, one of which could be a utility bill "that shows a current balance", I am not sure about anyone else, but I don't normally carry around utility bills on my person. I pay them and file them. I have to say that, at this point, I was a little astonished. I pay everything cash these days including hotel rooms which generally hold a security deposit for approximately 150.00 (one-half the cost of the room for one evening) and I have never been asked to provide any other form of documentation other than my license. I understand the need for security deposits and had no problem with this even though the deposit seemed a little exorbitant, but to require proof that a customer is current on their bills is over the top and, to fail to inform me of this prior to arriving was just ridiculous. I did not rent the car from Enterprise and instead, drove to the car rental company that I normally use, AVIS. Within 15 minutes of my arrival, I was in a standard car for less than the total fee Enterprise would have rented their economy car to me for even with the additional day rental because of their hours on Sunday. No thanks. Save yourself some time and the hassle. I will NEVER use Enterprise for my car rental needs again.5.6 Fair

Pros:
Car was niceCons:
Salesman is a shyster....fast talker. I showed proof of insurance...he snuck it on my bill anyway. My overall Bill should've been around $113 but they billed me $470. They did give me $312 back eventually but I should get more back. I've called customer service, I've emailed three times, no one cares. Nothing but thieves in my opinion.2.0 Poor
