I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. Being my vehicle would be there at 12pm, was there at 11;30 am told to come back at 12;00. Came back 12;00 no vehicle. Agent then told me it would be 45 minutes Late. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again. Had to rearrange whole vacation schedule at the last minute on thanksgiving eve.Hertz

The staff did not document my extensions on my rental when I called on 11/25 @10:36am. Customer service is a joke the actual location put me on hold and never came back eventually they just let the phone ringCons:

Had to pick up keys in 1 location that was open and car in another location that was closed. Got to the closed location and they had given us the wrong car. Called to cancel and they tried to deny the refund bc we had pre-paid. After fighting with the billing dept they sent the request to upper management.
