i made sure to rent a car from a company away from the airport. when i went to pickup my car from the downtown location they told me that my reservation was at the airport. they were not helpful. my email confirmation clearly stated that the pickup and drop off location was at the downtown location. i ended up driving my truck to the airport, parking in long term parking, picking up my car, and making multiple trips back and forth from my truck to the rental car (about a quarter mile each way) to load the car. costumer service at budget was not helpful! i wasn't happy about any of this, i wasn't expecting to pay for long term parking. yuck.2.0 Poor

Booked the car online, but when I arrived to pick my car up, the staff said there were no cars available. Had to wait over an hour for a car. The car also reeked of cigarette smoke. Vincent was friendly, but the rest of the staff was unfriendly and clearly didn’t care about the customers. Would not book at this location again.10.0 Wonderful
