Horrible after my reservation was confirmed I arrived for the pick up of the vehicle and was told at that moment that they had over rented the vehicle I had gone to pickup. Then they told me they didn’t have any more vehicles and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. Paid $45 for a Lyft and spent 40 min getting there to come out with no vehicle.Reviewed Jun 12 2024

We could not arrive on time before the agency closing hour. We tried to call the customer service to let them know and that we would come the next Day to pick up the car. The telephone number was not attributed so no chance to get anyone on the Phone. The next Day we showed up to the agency only to find out the car was no longer avalaible and our booking non refundable. Terrible terrible customer experience... We had to book another car and lost around 110 CHF over this crazy stupid process.Reviewed Jun 9 2024

No chairs in the rental office. You have to stand up while waiting for the only employee to get to you (and it could be a long wait). No modern credit card machine so I had to be in contact with my credit card provider in order to authorize the deal. No way to buy CDW online (I got an email saying the order was confirmed, but was unable to find it using the thrifty website). I rented a car from the exact same location 2 years ago and had the exact same issues. It seems that nothing had changed since. The car itself was excellent, but the headache around the order was a letdown.Reviewed Jun 8 2024

Reserved a car and went to go pick it up and upon arrival we found out they had closed before actual closing hours. Talked with another person that was there at the same time and they mentioned thrifty had given out all their cars. I shouldn't have been able to reserve a car ahead of time if they're just going to give out all available vehicles.Reviewed Jun 5 2024

Never got the car, after arriving nobody was in the office and after calling multiple times they didn’t have any reservation made to my name despite having the reservation and itinerary numbers. They shielded behind the excuse of making a deposit to reserve and I was never ask that until that moment, plus no cell service to call customer support to resolve the issue with KAYAK. Someone made a mistake along those lines and I never do it again.Reviewed Jun 4 2024

Moved us from Thrifty to Alamo. After waiting line for 30 minutes someone tells us if we made a reservation that day or the day before they are booked and we have no reservations. Continued to say for those of you who booked two days ago or prior, you have a 2 hour wait.Reviewed Jun 4 2024
