Cons:
The staff at the location did not have a car available for me and I was never made aware. I called to see if it would be ready early and that’s when I was informed of the issue. They had to go get one from the airport which resulted in me picking up my car 3 hours late and even then they never assured me it would be there they just kept saying to show at 3 and they would see what they could do2.0 Poor

I never got the car. They said that the reservation didn’t mean anything. Enterprise is a joke of a company. Worst experience ever. Not using them ever again.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The car was nice but how it was upgraded and the charges made it not worth the price.Cons:
When we signed up online to make the for the rental for 3 days at no more than $180. Well when we come in she is told that she must sign up for charges that were not needed. Extra insurance, road toll for $35 (when we told we were only going to be in Greenly everyday and didn’t need to leave the city for tolls, and told that basic tolls are $15//20.) as well as additional fees which brought up the price from that $180 to $700(including $200 deposit) . If we could have gone anywhere else we would have but we had no other options.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The staff were very helpful.Cons:
Kayak fooled me. I requested a car at the airport. So I prepaid for the rental. I've never been to Denver so an address meant nothing to me. I got to Hertz at the airport and found out my reservation was a $45 Uber drive away. As I said I prepaid so I had no choice. I felt deceived. Wasn't Hertz fault.5.2 Fair

Pros:
That we eventually received a vehicle.Cons:
Reservation was supposed to be booked for Denver airport but after 3 hrs in line at AVIS discovered rental was for another location that was closed. Agent was able to secure a car at 4x the cost. Should have crossed checked the pickup address but the lack of transparency on the Kayak site is largely to blame. If the initial search is for Denver airport the that is what should be presented. I will never book through Kayak again.8.0 Very good

Pros:
Staff was awesome - best rental pickup/drop off experience everCons:
The car was dirty, which made it hard to see out the side and back windows, especially when the sun started to go down. I cleaned the back window at a gas station and had to roll down the side windows to see at certain times. This is unsafe and I was disappointed at this aspect.2.0 Poor

Cons:
Communication is terrible for all Denver locations. I went to multiple, the first stating they don’t have any cars available after I already had a reservation, then travelled to another for it to be closed after already paying. No one could help me with a cancellation.2.0 Poor

Pros:
The staff was friendly but was not accomadating to the fact that we did not have a rental car available upon arrival.Cons:
The car for what ever reason was locted downtown instead of at the airport where we had reserved it to be. There was no offer to have car brought to us nor to hold over until we could find way to get there to pick up car. We only had thirty minutes to get to the downtown location before they closed and this was not enough time for us arrange for transportation. Was told that they could not help us and to call an Uber. Ended up having to pay twice the cost of original car for car i did not want at another rental agency. Thanks for the lack of professional courtesy. In helping us with a mistake that was made when asking for car at airport and not downtown.5.2 Fair
