Pros:Staff was friendly. Clean rooms and good coffee
Pros:Rooms were clean and bed was comfy!! Loved the pool and hot tub. Good location. Friendly staff!
Cons:Only complaints are little things. The curtains in the room seemed outdated and the pool was very cold and was advertised as heated.
Pros:Pros: Good location to IU, Cons: Common area air conditioning was totally off and not working though it looks like they had replacement ac units about to be put in. Hinges on bathroom door were rusted and corroded. In room air conditioner was noisy and cycled off and on.
Pros:We went to Bloomington for a wedding down town (7-10min drive). We had a 3 year old and a 3 month old. We didn't want to spend a ton of money, but we also didn't want to worry about bugs or filth, and the Super 8 was in between luxury and questionable hotels. You get what you pay for so overall we were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, the room was just the right size, the bathroom was fine, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was good (included waffles), the hotel was easy to find, and overall a good hotel for a lower price.
Cons:The hotel was good but there were a few things we would have changed: The hot tub was a little weird with suds floating on top when on and foggy when off, but the pool was ok. They could both use a good cleaning and maybe some fresh water. The tv had no children's channels. With a 3 year old, ythat was a disappointment. I wish there was more fruits at breakfast and the coffee was not very good.
