So I booked a vehicle for 5 days to be picked up in a couple of hrs. I call as my time is almost up to tell them I am running late to be told that I don’t have a car because they are sold out maybe the nect day they will have one. Like seriously?6.8 Okay

Middle seats were hard to move and back seat was not comfortable. Maintenance light went on and we had issues confirming it was ok. Also issues with extending the car. Not convenient at all and not clear on additional day charge. Car windows were not as clean as it could have been. We had to stop and clean them.6.8 Okay

Location is difficult to get in and out of. When reviewing car for damage prior to picking up, the rep held on to the paper and we werent sure she was marking down everything we pointed out. Then she expected us to sign it without looking at it. When we turned the car in they did not look at the car for damage. Hoping this doesn't become an issue.2.0 Poor
