Pros:
The whole process was easy and streamlined. I was in and out of the office and in my car in about 10 minutes. Drop off was wven more efficient! Staff was awesome on both ends, and they gave me an excellent car.Cons:

Pickup was easy and efficient. The car was what I asked for and was clean and had a full tank. Drop off was easy because the location was closed when I returned it on a Sunday.Cons:

Very friendly staff at both locations. I liked that there was a courtesy call too to ask how it was. The car was very comfortable and great overall, but the back window was near impossible to see out of. Looking forward to renting again.Cons:

They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
The pickup location was not even open at the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then I had to drive another 45 miles to the airport to pick up an alternative vehicle. Website information is not accurate and very poor overall experience.One location in Evergreen

In Denver, CO ---- the website states this is the location at the airport; however, this is a mistake. It was in Littleton, CO ( which is 53 minutes outside of the airport). They have been doing this to multiple people, at least 1-2 times a week.2.0 Poor

Describing Littleton, CO as Denver, CO is a huge issue. Had to pay Uber $70 to To take us from Denver Airport to Littleton and they were closed by the time we got there. Had to stay overnight in Littleton hotel which caused us to lose the deposit on our hotel in Denver. Avis charged us $420 instead of the $120 our reservation was quoted.4.8 Mediocre

Not sure of his name but the guy was very friendly....the car wasn't clean at all. I took it to the car wash after I picked it up. There was a big chip in the windshield which he noted, but when I dropped it off they guy wasn't happy about it.2.0 Poor

The employee acted like it was a strain to wait on me. He explained NOTHING about the car! It had a pushbutton start which I know nothing about. I had to get out the owners manual to just start it. The seat was so far up it was uncomfortable to sit in and I could not figure out how to move it. Looked at the owners manual which stated there was a lever on the right underside of the seat, there wasn't. After a few hours I had to have my SIL look at it. It was a slide on a control on the left that did something different whenpushed up and down. Did not know how to work the Onstar. There was not 1 other customer there. is it really so difficult to explain things when someone rents? Also it was a large, SUV. When renting online, there was not a category for a small SUV which is what I needed. Also, it was covered in pollen, so when I went through rain it turned all brown and drippy looking.3.2 Poor

The woman at the Sears location where we ended up was very nice and accommodating.Cons:
I had a reservation for a pickup at 9 a.m, I received a call saying it would be around 11 before my car was available. The 3rd call I received said It was going to be around 2 p.m but if I wanted to take a different car I could, so my husband drove me to the location at 5801 Highlands Ranch Place ( this was the address in my confirmation email). The woman working at this location was beyond rude, telling me she didn't have anything for me until after 2 p.m and she did not call me. I showed her the number I received the calls from and she called the number, it turns out I was being called from another location ( Sears at Southwest Plaza) which is on the complete opposite side of town. So after the inconvenience of my trip being postponed 4 hours we had to drive to another location. The woman at the Sears ( although very nice and accommodating) location did not think to tell me that the car that was available sooner was at her location. So overall the experience was terrible and wasted half of my travel day.One location in Evergreen
