I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!
They could offer food and drink without having to pay extra for it,
No complimentary snacks, food, beverages (even water) blanket and pillow on a 6 hours long flight (economy comfort). A low form of nickeling and diming. Lost a recurring pessanger over a soda. Will never fly Avianca again.
Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Avianca is the worst most uncomfortable airline I've ever been in, the seats are incredibly small and offer no support, the worst experience I've had traveling ever, do not bother with Avianca
Boarding was unorganized. They expected passengers to ask people to move their assigned seat they paid for in order to sit together. The seats even in comfort are smaller than other airlines and the flight attendants appeared not to be well prepared

United WiFi is consistently unusable (it can take 10 mins to load a single web page). If you need Wifi to do work, be prepared to lose half a day of productivity.
Delayed a day due to snow storm. Was upgraded. That kind of made up for significant delays from FLL to COS with no compensation or acknowledgement.
Crew was not very helpful. They forgot to serve me coffee and had to wait for a long time.It looked as if they were not very happy with what they were doing.
The crews are great.. Easy boarding. Inflight entertainment ok. Food is a disappointment.
Flight was delayed by 3 hours. The pilot made up 1 hour during the flight, but that made the wait at the airport 5 hours once you factor getting there 2 hours early.

All went fine. Boarding was efficient, staff was really friendly, and we were kept up to date on any changes to our itinerary. My only note for improvement is that on this particular plane, the recline in economy class was negligible. I know it's a coach seat, but I had another UA flight (SFO to BWI) and the seat was more comfortable with better recline.
The plane was delayed coming in and on the tarmac. I was coming from another flight so it made for a very long day. The stewardess kept trying to slam the overhead bins closed and I was worried that she had damaged my new luggage. They ran out of snacks and lccdsddd me a hummus box which was nice. It took them a very long time to pick up the garbage so I could not go to the washroom and had little time. To prepare for disbarment. The TV system was hard to control from the armrest and picture wasn’t clear. The crew did apologize several times for the lateness. It took the Denver airport an unusually long time to de-ice the plane.
Great crew. Very comfortable business seats with nice bedding. Good food. We were delayed to let late passengers on the flight, but otherwise great experience.
On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.
Good flights. Departure and arrivals were on time. DFW was a little problematic in that the Skytrain without prior notice bypassed the Echo terminal so that delayed my arrival at my connecting flight.
Gossipy flight attendants talked the whole flight about bar hopping and dating.
Flight attendants had no personality! The looked miserable! My seat was broken in first class. I can’t believe how American Airlines changed. 😞

Horrible! Got stuck in Jackson Hole and the plane kept delaying every 30 min until they finally cancelled the flight. Other airlines were busy flying out and American had cancelled. Horrible experience, we had to switch to United to get out of there!
British Airways was over 2 hours late. Every time I fly with them the flight is either late or cancelled.
Food was terrible. Flight attendants OK. Only saw them at food service. Other than that they paid no attention to the passengers at all.

Missed my connecting flight because of an equipment issue. Stranded in FLL. Had to pay for a hotel room after 6 hours of back and forth with Spirit, but hey…They gave me a $50 voucher for my time and inconveniences.
well unless you buy food, it's not aplicable to rate it. you need to make an NA column. Also, there isn't any in flight entertainment on short haul flights. Again, make an NA column. Everyone knows seat comfort is a thing of the past. No way to get comfy.
