late lack information taney changed my sit even after i had checked i. a day prior and had been at airport checked in for 5 hrs. i have medical condition that i need to sit in aisle but changes to window. only apparent at boarding and they had no explanation why they changed my boarding pass and had no other seats. very bizarre, uncaring and disrespectful. Made my trip very challenging I should sue you. will NEVEr fly JB again. Ever. Would have blasted in social media but did not want to disclose my medical disability.
One hour delayed departure resulted in problems with planned ground transportation at my destination.
On-time departure, smooth ride for sure. All was good except, once again, there was no movies/TV as it wasn’t functioning.
Our actual Flight was great & smooth but it was delayed for 4 hours and Jetblue weren't able to accommodate us in the earlier flight. That was Awful. I lost work/clients because of this delay
The flight itself was fine.. the customer service was amonst the worst I’ve seen. When booking my flight, I selected my window seat as I always do because when I’m flying alone so I can rest against it without worrying about falling asleep on anyone.. Then when it came time to check in, there was no record of my seat selection and the only window that was left cost me an extra $74. I called and they said there was a glitch when I booked the first time and there was nothing they could do about it.. Meanwhile the only reason I was flying JetBlue was because I had a $50 credit from the last awful flight we had that was delayed for four hours… So it actually cost me more to use that credit. Never flying with them again.
Always like Jet Blue! It seems, however, that people are getting bigger & seats are getting smaller! We had a very full flight and I couldn't get an aisle seat like I always do. I wish there were more leg room. People sitting next to me were very nice though so it was fine to disturb them if I needed to use the restroom. Otherwise the flight was fine but a bit long.
Flight delayed Plane switched so my aisle seat changed from 7 aisle to 22 middle Older plane, poor entertainment Crew were fine
None of the in flight Direct TV worked. A better selection of Shows would have been better. The baggage was s low. Otherwise we enjoyed our flight!
Terrible boarding , Business class seats are sub standard. As usual crew will miss your food too
Just get Economy Plus for international flights, so worth it the extra room, bigger seats…
The return trip was a customer service disaster. American Airlines needs an overhaul of how they treat their customers.
Was flying in premium eco and there were around 5-6 movies I wanted to watch and none of those could I play for some reasons. Not just me we checked w the person sitting next to me. Few of the movies were only playable :( Also that was not great that we couldn't upgrade to business however tried to, many times before the flight :(
You cancelled my flight by email then made it very difficult to get in contact with you. Then put me in a flight with a long layover in Mexico returning to the wrong airport in uk. Mind blowing my stressful. I missed see my grand dad because of you.
This was not the BA business class it used to be. Mediocre food, attendants seemed stretched thin. All the little luxuries that used to make BA business fun were missing. Flight delayed and the explanation given was they forgot to pick up crew - I hope I misheard! Transfer in LHR “sticky” - we thought we had way too much time at 3hours but it was needed. Next time will try different route.
Always getting updates by email very easy to check in on line. There was plenty of checking in staff to get you all through. It was nice that the flight attendants took time to talk to you and were interested in your holiday.
Flight from Phoenix to London was very quiet. Excellent space available for comfort, couldn't fault
Food was very average. And top up drinks offer was absent. For a 11 hour long flight that should be the minimum. The crew didn't want to be there. I understand it was new year day but given they had signed up for it
It was my fault choosing the seat nearest the entrance but it was ok.
Every flight always delays either by mechanical problems or need maintenance checks. It makes a person uneasy when one gets into one of those flights!
The flight was very uncomfortable and there was no snacks served for the 13 hours international flight. In addition, the flight was delayed 3 hours
It was a domestic flight so the food was not included. But we had not even a little snack and by the end of the flight they were coming around serving water.
The flight attendant bumped into me repeatedly time and time again, throughout the entire flight, preventing me from getting any rest. He seemed unaware of his actions and I was very close to saying something, but I didn't because I don't believe he would have understood or altered his behaviour. It was very irritating
Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .
There is no reason for a 5 hour flight, the only option is purchased food and free drinks. The airline should at least offer free chips, peanut, etc and then the option to purchase additional food
There were no free snacks…little pretzel bag or cookies like we had on our flight out.
Mostly crew good and the flight was safe and comfortable but service was lacking. For an overnight flight of 8hrs 50 it took some two hours to get served a drink and dinner after take off. I asked for Laurent Perrier champagne and was brought Perrier water, which I queried and asked where was the champagne. No response. The issue came up again an hour later when dinner was starting to be served and I was asked whether I wanted another drink, when I reminded I was still waiting for my first champagne! Apologies ensued but dinner service was quite slow. For breakfast I never did get served the hot course! So - no complaints and compliments on the safety of the flight but service underwhelming (and I brought them candies!)

Tout était bien, comme pour la plupart des compagnies aériennes, le seul bémol était leurs système de divertissement qui a cessé de fonctionner en plein milieu du vol. Un peu décevant surtout quand il reste encore 2h de vol.
There's no inflight entertainment, plane was old, power USB didn't work
We missed the flight to Barcelona because the flight from Baltimore was delayed. We flew on Vueling VW6653. Our luggage didn’t arrive. Please help us get our luggage. We are staying at Hotel Gran Via in Barcelona
They allowed some guy to move seats after 3hours of him being next to someone very sick, There were several empty seats, but they moved him to mine. I find that incredibly inconsiderate and should not have been done.
Excellent. Very nice and comfortable business class. Only negative is that it was difficult to hear the pilot’s announcement.
Food not so good. Need more veggies and whole grain especially the late food. Couldn’t figure out how to use the entertainment system.
Check in was horrendous! Economy took 2 hours before seeing an agent. Business class was 0.5 - 1 hour.
The first class flight itself was first class, however getting to the airport and getting through the airport was agony. The BA flight sat on the taxiway for ages and caused us to miss our connecting flight which meant half a day lost. Our return flight on BA was cancelled so a dawn flight was made and we lost another half day. Goodby BA
In economy and food was ok, but with limited leg space (and I was in a 2 seat configuration) it was difficult to eat with a tiny seat tray. I spilt wine on my trousers. First time on British Air (I usually fly Turkish Air) and in a 777. Heathrow was pleasant but changing terminals awkward.
Starting with the flight Cairo to London the plain was so poor no entertainment at all uncomfortable seats although it’s 5 hours long,then an American airline plain took me from London to Miami it was a bad experience the crew most of flight time not available and they asked us to help our selves for any snacks if we need. From Miami to London actually was perfect flight with a huge plain and perfect crew but from London to Cairo was horrible plain with stiff fixed seats not movable no entertainment or wi fi very poor Menu which is unacceptable for a business class
There was some delay at Heathrow where a machine needed to "start the engines" wasn't available and they couldn't even find the team tasked to do it. Unacceptable. Caused about an hour delay and seemed unnecessary. Also saw several passengers abusing the overhead luggage situation, having too many large bags and not leaving enough space for others. The crew was good and the refreshments were good in quality and quantity.
