Pros:Car was good
Cons:Taxes and charges are 4x the price of renting the car. Scandalous rip off and criminal. A joke.
Cons:There was a rattling sound coming from the steering wheel. I also had difficulty with the associate wrongfully changing my reservations. I had to call two times to get it fixed and when I came to pick up the vehicle the reservations were not up to date.

Pros:Staff was friendly.
Cons:The Van had some issues with the brakes, the vehicle was shaking while come back from Tahoe!
Pros:Check-in was easy and she/the agent was friendly.
Cons:Not a fan of NISSAN cars. Dash isn't intuitive and not the best car to drive. Found trash under the seat from a previous driver.
Pros:Renting the car was easy, it was clean and affordable compared to other agencies.
Pros:Airport pickup (line) took ~15 min, but dropoff was literally 1 minute. Dodge Ram truck looked like it came right from the dealer with 120 miles on the odometer. Best price for moving a bookcase and bed 50 miles away.
Pros:Rental process was quick, they let us pick the car we wanted in the size class we rented.
Cons:The car we almost took after sitting in it to try actually had the side view mirror fall apart after closing the door! Luckily we caught that, they marked for repair and the car we did get was fine.
