Pros:Car was better than expected. I made an error in my reservation and they were able to change the location for pick up and drop off with no problem.

Cons:when i returned the car back to brussel you charged me 94 euro for the fuel. i didnt exept that and went to shell's station to fill the tank that cost me 25 euro!!! come on... not fair business

Cons:No body there at the drop off. They charged me around 30 € after I went back home and no body told me why? Or emailed me at least.
