My flight with Korean Air went quite well, I've flown with them for many years and have grown accustomed to their great service.

The flight crews were extremely professional helpful and courteous. Departure and arrival times were accurate. No delay. Thanks

Not very comfortable seated in the back plane due to turbulence

We were seated at the back and that was very uncomfortable for me with the turbulence we experienced on our way to Chicago.

I enjoyed flying on Korean Air. The service was great and the food was yummy, especially the bibimbap and cold spicy noodles. The only thing that bummed me out on this red-eye flight was that my seat did not properly recline so I was not able to sleep.

New plane. Perfect gluten free meal Very flawless procedures from check-in to the landing. Taking off on time and landing even earlier and the luggages are already there after shortest arrival report.

It was ok. Not good and not a bad experience

not too bad but not too great either. Service on all airlines declined ever since covid. Your Delta Stewardess are not that friendly at all. :-(

American Airlines didn’t allow you to complete online check-in unless you paid for your seats. Quite disappointing.

All of the JAL flights in this itinerary were great. However the last leg of my flight from LAX to SFO was through Japan Air’s partner, AA which wqsn’t up to par. We were informed only minutes before boarding time of a delay despite the airlines knowing about the delay far earlier (the aircraft we would be taking arriving arrived and disembarked close to our boarding time, for all to see but AA still kept the original boarding time posted until last minute). Furthermore, once we boarded the taxi/wait time was also extended, with the pilot blaming “construction at SFO” for the delay, rather than taking accountability for the the plane’s late arrival coming into LAX. We took off approximately an hour later than scheduled. It’s for these reasons I adamantly avoid American Airlines when possible. Again, JAL was stellar.

Great service but food taste and options have gone down a few notches.

This airlines is always my favorite. Very consistent customer service and food is good. My last flight with them, I had no idea we landed because it was just that smooth of a land.

At least it was not very cold inside the plane. I noticed there was now a bidet in the bathroom and that’s good! I didn’t like the window seat. Flight was smooth except for 1 turbulence. Plane was on time. Thanks. Food was not that great. Miso and green tea were good! As usual movies were old and there were no changes.

Again I paid for an upgrade on my credit card didn’t get it need a refund. . American I not good at gettin in contact for refunds.

I didn’t like the check in process I had to check in at the counter took too much time . Didn’t give the upgrade my seat .

Truly impressive service in the air. After the main meal, they have a delicious a la carte menu that you can order anytime until 1.5 hrs prior to landing. Flight crew were so pleasant and very efficient. Wish I could fly JAL more often!

JAL is a flawless airlines. Perfect customer service. On-time boarding, clean airlines, and incomparable in-flight dining.

Good and movies are so old. Needs to have more up-to-date movies.

Liked all aspects except boarding notification. Long delay with little support in knowing about change in boarding gates .

I liked my seat and the boarding was seamless once I arrived at the gate. The food was not good and they didn't have any vegan options. Some of the crew members were lacking empathy or personality

Well organized staff friendly and great attitude. Little awkward and slow to check a bag in Lihue but otherwise a pleasant experience

The flight was so cold from Vegas to Hawaii. Everyone was so cold they put on goodies. They made us buy blankets for $13 each for 4 people. The plane was like an icebox. Now on the way back you made me pay extra so my family can sit together. Will not use you again.

The crew was quick and efficient. The flight was uneventful and arrived slightly early.

My seat was broken I couldn’t put it back I have really bad back issues , the flight was 5 hours delayed and there was a drink dude harassing the entire flight

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

Flight was ok, a bit of turbulence, but Ok. With some exceptions, staff could use some attitude improvement. I know they have a tough job, to carry out with little time, I appreciate the control and service they provide. They have to consider passengers medical deficiencies. I for example have eye, disabled.

Parents with kids should all be in the same area. Sounds rude but who what's to fly 6hrs with crying and bratty kids. Just my opinion.

Ok, so I didn’t have seats, so got there very early. I was first in line only to be told, listen for your name for seats. The flight was boarding before they gave me a middle seat, way after others showed up who were given more favorable treatment. Ok, so , don’t show up early and obey all the rules??? Clearly, your gate clerks did not. What gives???

The entertainment wasn’t playing in the app or online.

Connecting flights were poor,especially in Naples.our Lufthansa air bus was a joke.way too small for that long of a flight.no room at all.couldn’t even get out of the seats to move around or go to the bathrooms.we thought we were getting an actual air bus,double decker.i will never fly that long in a plane like that again.kind of misleading to call it an air bus.we actually had more room on our buses that we used.

It is a modern tragedy that any airline expects you to travel for 14 hours in such discomfort and that the only way to add comfort is exorbitant prices. I was in pain by the time we landed. Shameful.

Original plane sidelined. Had to wait an hour for replacement.

Crew was very cooperative and professional. Passenger's first checked in bag should be free.

No real agent onsite helping you for missing luggage there. Not like the other airline next to UA desk, they have staff attending in their desk assisting answer/helping luggage issue, even after midnight.

Horrible, the flights kept delaying, so it is obvious that we won't be able to make it to the next connection. No easier/real agent on site to help you figure this out. UA agent on other counters refuse to assist you and direct us to use the QR code/call customer service. So inefficient and poor. While technology seems convenient, but it's not the best interest/experience for customers need help while there is active issue need assistance.

They have trouble to keep their flights in schedule. Seems not having enough staff to provide appropriate customer service. Lacking real agents on site to help customers. Have to use QR code/web site/call to be able to talk to real person can help you - and you may have to punch though series of options first, then hold until someone assist you. Similar for baggage claim, no real agent onsite helping if you missing luggage, not like other airline next to UA desk having staff there even after midnight to assist customers.

United is my favorite and I always try to fly United. I feel like this crew didn’t mesh well together.

Our flight was delayed three times. It took us 17 hours to get home.
