$140 Find cheap flights from Las Vegas to Yakima

First class only upgrades seat width. The bottom cushion of the seat sloped forward so much that I was constantly sliding out of my seat. The meal was awful, granola and dried fruit? Seriously, for what I paid to upgrade? I can bring my own sawdust and rotten fruit for a whole lot less. Priority boarding is great except when you have a hundred economy passengers stranding in the aisle slamming you in the face with their enormous carry ons and smelly asses right under your nose. I want my money back for that leg of my trip. It wasn’t worth the money for such a minimal upgrade.

The crews on Alaska Airlines are really wonderful. They clearly know how to treat passengers with kindness and respect. During my trip, I discovered that my upgraded seat had been changed when reviewing my electronic boarding pass. When I questioned the change at the gate, the two staff members acknowledged that the change was odd, checked on their computer, and confirmed that I still had my upgraded seat (i.e., the electronic boarding pass was incorrect). I was impressed by how they seemed to be "in my corner" from the start, quickly investigated, and provided me with a paper boarding pass with the correct information "just in case." All that said, I was a bit disappointed that Alaska Airlines uses single-aisle jets with only four restrooms (3 at the back of the plane, one at the front (ostensibly reserved for crew and first class travelers). I would understand for short flights, but for a 6-hour flight from Seattle to Honolulu...really? I will stick with Hawaiian Airlines from now on.

It was okay. Gate crew could be better organized. Wheelchair service for my mother was late as we deplaned. Flight crew was alright. I’ve seen better and worse.

The people who worked for Alaska Airlines, both on the ground at O'Hare and during the flight, made it remarkable for me. Their customer service is incredible; they're kind of like the Nordstrom of the sky.

Thw crew was excellent but due to poor scheduling Alaska Airlines routed our flight to LAX then LAX to Seattle. This delayed our arrival at the airport by at least 5 hrs and really inconvenienced us in many ways...

We loved the extra legroom on the flight and the fact that we didn’t have any one beside us.Everything was a n time and satisfactory.

I booked flight for my son. He had an epilepsy episode while in line boarding the plane. No refund. WTF? Never again book with Kayak.
