Copa performed as expected for the amount of money I was willing to spend for the flight; it wasn’t exceptional but it was not bad in any way either. The crew was good; friendly and straightforward. The food was airplane food, so no expectations there and the entertainment was lacking but that was my fault for owning an IPhone with a charging port that’s not compatible with the rest of the world. I’d fly Copa again.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.
Left my bags in origin city on a business class ticket , spent about 2-3 days in the same clothes plus the flight .

Finalmente me envían a las carreras con Avianca, pero Copa lleva mis maletas hasta Panama y luego las devuelve a mi aeropuerto de origen, dejandome sin mis pertenencias y además no asumen la responsabilidad ya que dicen que es problema de Avianca Literalmente vi cuando el avión de Copa se lleva mis maletas, sus funcionarios en Bogota, incluyendo la gerente local me aseguran la entrega en Miami, pero simplemente era para poder engañarme y dar el cambio de silla por sobreventa

the planes are not modern there are no phone chargers
As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.
other than a slight delay in takeoff from Panama , the flights were excellent ..... we will continue to use Copa whenever possible for flights to and from Central and South America ....

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.
There was a group of school age passengers that were very loud and unruly with their chaperones were no where to be found.
Very bad , airplain had problem with engines , had to evacuate, had a delay on my trip for almost 4 hours , lost my rental car in london..
Another late flight from United. We never got the exact reason why. When we got on the plane, the staff seemed to spend a very long time just milling around in the front of the plane. I also never figured out why the door to the cockpit was open for so long prior to leaving. All in all just a poor performance again from United. There is a reason we did not choose United for the international legs of this recent trip, overall dissatisfaction.
The food needs to be improved, up to the standard of the people and the accommodation.

Late by nearly 2 hours due to taking that long to change a tire on the plane.
Entertainment system did not function screen kept trying to reset. There was no beverages handed out luckily it was short flight.
Seats were very comfortable and everything was in good working order. Crew was disengaged to the point of being rude.
On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

My first flight was delayed so late that I would have missed my connection. I had to cancel the flight and reschedule for the next morning. I took over half an hour to retrieve my luggage. I already paid $30 for checked in luggage for the flight I didn't take. When I checked in for my new flight on app I paid another $30. I went to the kiosk for my luggage tags and was charged $40. (My baggage didn't make it on the connecting flight but was delivered at 10:00 that night.) Later that day I requested a refund of the baggage fees. I received an email stating my refund was complete in the amount of $234.62. I didn't realize that meant my return flight was canceled until I tried to check in at the counter. They had refunded the wrong thing. It costed me $381.10 to book a new flight home. Overall a fiasco. At least my baggage made it home with me.
Plane felt so crowded and tightly packed. The chair itself was not comfortable.
Seats are so small now that if you are in a middle seat, you will likely have your neighbors arm, leg or shoulder in your space. Even in an Economy Plus seat, the width of the seat is only for average people. I’m small and shared my full fare seat with the large man next to me
Delayed flights and lost bags. It was a terrible experience this time.
This was a short flight handled by Hawaiian Airlines. Flight was late by about an hour. As it is so short, no food offerings other than the obligatory cookie and drink. Flight crew was great.
Everything minus the seat, was okay. Not enough room. 15 hours in a small space was hard on my back. I'm still quite sore.
There was no drink/snack service and the electric outlets were not powered so I couldn’t charge my phone.
The entire airline industry seems to be a total disaster these days, and this flight was no different. They never posted the gate until boarding time, then bused us to the plane, a 777! We then sat on the plane for over two hours, with almost no information as to why. When they did give us information, it was an obvious lie, like saying we would be underway in 10 minutes, while being number 5 in line for deicing. I worked in the airline industry for 20 years, it takes longer than that for each plane, and a pilot would certainly know that. All in all, a 6 1/2 hour flight was 9 1/2 hours on the plane, just ridiculous! The entire time we were given little to no information as to why things weren't happening as they should. And to top it off, the pilot had the nerve to joke upon arrival into Boston that he was glad we had joined them for the short flight from London. Just what you want after 9 1/2 hours on a rock-hard seat, someone minimizing the agony you've been feeling for hours! Oh yeah, and the added time was just enough to allow the snow to start flying in Boston, which lead to multiple accidents, which made our 1 1/2-hour drive home, 3 hours, icing on the cake!
