I was told we'd have a hot breakfast option in first class, so I chose not get a hot breakfast. It was a very strange meal, but the fresh fruit was very good quality. Service was excellent from ORD to ELP. No service from MBS to ORD, not even water. However, when flying American from FNT to ORD, which is a shorter flight, they at least pass out snacks and offer water.
There was a delay that was unexpected. The seats were uncomfortable for the length of the flight.
Amazing comfortable chairs great snacks super friendly staff pilots did excellent job. Smooth sailing all the way. Definitely be flying United more.

Everything was good, hard to really comfortable on a flight that long.
We were told our seats were switched which put us in row 1 instead of 12. We were not able to keep our personal items with us. This caused us not to be able to have our gum to pop our ears and we weren’t able to get our iPads out due to the seat belt sign never turning off.
Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.
Upgrade planes to have larger overhead bins, especially on this popular route and first class.
The flight was clean and on time, the crew were all very nice and we got the seats we booked. Plenty of food and beverages. The seats are too close so it’s very difficult to try and sleep comfortably.
Plane took off without me, my stepdad and a dozen other passengers. It went from an hour delay to boarding in 15 montures without notifying anyone. Names were not called overhead. Now I’m missing a day of work and stuck in Charolette overnight paying for a hotel and Ubers out of pocket
Crew were attentive and friendly. Flight was smooth and early! I enjoyed the less crowded plane. Thank you!
Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight
The flight was awful. Apart from the flight delays, it was bumpy and uncomfortable. I feared for my life.
I wish there were no credit card announcements. I paid hundreds of dollars, I don't need to pay again by sitting through advertisements.
American Airlines is awful!! Will never fly with them again. Connection flight left early leaving 22 people in Charlotte with no way to get to Key West for 24 hours. Would not provide hotel or any other accommodations. Bags were delayed two days.
Very, very dirty plane and I fly around one time a month. This plane looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, good flight.
Flight was changed last min. Had a screaming infant a row in front of me and a parent who did nothing to calm the child.
Excellent pilots in an extremely foggy situation. Very good communication with the passengers about possibly being diverted to another airport.
Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!
Boarding process was chaotic and disorganized. The plane needs updating in the interior. Things are broken, worn out, and dated

My luggage did not get to my Miami destination/home. I am waiting for it 24 hours later.
The only comment I have is why do you sell snacks on board? They should be free. When we take domestic flights here in US, our snacks are free. Also, please communicate with me in English. I received so many emails way before my flight that were in Spanish that I had to ask my son to interpret for me. You should be WELL AWARE if the customers you are communicating speak the language, it does mean that we speak and understand Spanish because we are traveling to Spain, NOT NECESSARILY! Thank you!
Service and food are good. However, main cabin with the extra cost one pays could be better. I don't see any difference with the rest of the seats in the regular category. The seats are too close to the ones in front. For short flights it is Ok, but for long ones there should be more space.
All corners have been cut and it’s a cheap experience that no longer is distinguished from most other cheap airlines
An average flight experience. For our transatlantic portion, they provided a main meal and two snacks. However, the food was not very tasty and the drinks far too small and infrequent for such a long flight. The regrettable part of the flight was that the toilets were extremely filthy. I feel this is unacceptable.

Appalling! The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and the American Airlines staff at the airport where nit very helpful. Once boarded, the flight crew were unhelpful, the food was poor and the aircraft was tatty.
Iberia is an excellent airline, I spent years flying with them and I recommend them 100×100, both locally and internationally.
