The boarding process and flight were great. However, I waited about 40 minutes for my luggage. It did not come up on the designated belt. Instead, everyone’s bags were on a cart. Not sure what the issue was, but we were not informed until another passenger went looking for her bags and found them.

There were delays on both ends. It made it less than excellent. This plane was great though

Again, multiple delays and I eventually just canceled and drove!

Do not eat the bagel! Otherwise, good albeit late, breakfast in first. Boarding downgrade only because flight was delayed due to plane change due to undisclosed problem with original aircraft. I did not use entertainment.

When we exited the plane our wheelchair wasn’t there. The Pilot and co pilot were so nice and helped us locate it. Great service.

Don't often sit in 1st class. Our experience was great.

Poor on time performance. Flight was delayed due to a lightbulb. No updates from the pilot. Plane was dirty and hot, AC didn't work well.

Flight was delayed, I tried to leave 2days earlier was told to report to airport for standby only to be turned away after paying for an Uber both way from Little Elm TX.

Closed the doors on 9 people rushing through the airport for the flight with delays all over the AA terminal. Ended up reopening the gate after 10 minutes and stressing the customers who had all sat on the tarmac for 30-40 minutes with bottleneck AA traffic. Discourteous and unprofessional staff at the gate initially. Worse experience with AA ever. Okay on the plane. Pilot was fine through tough weather.

worst trip ever Spirit lost our Baggs which were never put on the plane in Atlanta. 24 hours ago they are telling me now that the bags are still missing.

My wife and I are both handicapped and at boarding they upgraded us to a seat closer to the front rather than all the way towards the back. Much appreciated.

Sat on plane at gate for an hour and 45 minutes and the information being provided was not frequent enough and at times not truthful (waiting for paperwork about a part that had already been replaced...then watched maintenance guy bring part on board, install and leave, then told part was just installed...doesn't inspire confidence

Flight was late taking off. I think the crew and pilots did a good job. It definitely worked for me. I would fly spirit again thank you.

Never made it to Atlanta due to the horrible policy of having to be at the gate 1 hour prior to departure. I was at the airport and the plane had not left Baltimore, but was not allowed to board.

Was 2 hours early for my flight they canceled my flight 2 hours before flight took off then told me to get a flight 24 hours later I had to pay $297 for I missed it. I had flight insurance and bc they put I missed my flight I had to wait 2 days to book a new flight. Flight insurance through spirit isn’t worth anything because I ended up paying for my hotel and flight and insurance didn’t cover anything!!

Flight left very close to original projected time. Paid for checked bag weight overage (my fault). Plane was literally brand new & this was its 2nd flight. Seats were alittle uncomfortable (I'm 5'11 * 175lbs and was alittle cramped, & brand new seats had little cushion). Food options were good. Main thing was flight took off & landed on time.

Horrible experience. 1st we were over an hour late. 2nd waited to board for 2hrs 3rd got off/on plane 2 times 4th each time we got on the plane we sat in rhe plane for 1 to 2 hours with no updated or water 5th we were given literally 4 different answers as to why we werent in the air yet

They pressure me buy a new ticket,but I was buy a for both I'm not happy
