Full flight where I had another passenger sitting in middle seat who said that he had lost 250 lbs from 500. The stewardess on exiting the flight advise me that I was going to receive a refund. I thought she was talking about another passenger. The stewardess saw that to make him comfortable I had lifted the armrest and flew for 5 hours to Seattle from Reagan DCA with a portion of his body on my seat. I survived. I flight to remember!!!!

Great first time experience for me. The gate agent at the Anchorage location was so helpful. Definitely will be booking more on Alaska.

I liked only the crew. The flyght was too much fast, faster than it should be, on 20 min faster, but not safer, I experienced on myself astranautic overload from suddenly appearing in the sky and all the vibrations of the turbines, because I had my place at the level of the wings. Pregnant woman should not be seated on the level of the wings with all turbines, pregnant woman should be offered to charge place to seat closer to front or in the back, but not at the level of all the turbines. Vibrations of turbines are not healthy for pregnancy. I hold all the flight my belly in my hands to avoid miscarriage. If it would be longer flying distances, I could have miscarriage with Alaskan airlines.

Flight was on time. Transfer was in same terminal. Flight attendants were very accommodating. .

It was a very short flight. No snack or drink. The steward stayed seated the whole time. The plane was comfortable. Boarding in Pullman was a breeze, only 1 gate. I would definitely fly thru there again.

It was a great experience, although our seat was taken and we did not want to be rude and ask the person to move. Flight Attendants need to make sure that people should be in their assign sitting that are paid for. Other then that, we had a great flying experience with Alaska Airlines.

I thought every thing was good with the acceptation of the long layover between Seattle and the Tampa trip.

4 out of 4 flights cancelled or delayed. 5th trip with similar experience

I had never flown Alaska before but I definitely will again . Their app is great and the staff was nice , the plane was clean and comfortable . I've been trying to think of something to complain about but I honestly cannot think of anything . And Alaska itself - wow! Such beauty everywhere out there

Multiple delays and when we landed zero help getting to and making connecting flight.

Flew first class so everything was great. But maybe because the flights were red eye, no meals were served, just chips. I flew Alaska Air 1st class at 9PM (2 hour flight) and they served beef short rib sliders!

Had to change aircraft due to a faulty door. Surprisingly it only caused about an hour and a half of delay. Delta handled this situation as well as can be expected.

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

Paid premium for Delta only to be on safe but tired old 767 with ancient cabin in mediocre condition. Poor wifi and horrible inflight entertainment. Hardly a premium experience. Should have flown SW and had fun flight crew and no pretense

Our flight to Zurich was delayed by almost 3 hours, so we missed our next flight. There was no indication it would be delayed this much. We were told the gate had changed and then it apparently took over 2 hours to load the "catering" on the plane. We were not compensated in any way for the trouble.

Rated entertainment as Mediocre as there were major problems with the Infotainment system that took probably a half hour for them to fix.

Your crew could maybe answer the call bell at least one of the times I pressed it. I pressed it first time with 2.5 hours left in our flight bc my partner was hungry and wanted a sandwich. We finally got the sandwich with 40 mins left in the flight.

Delta crushed it. Flight attendant in first was attentive and just never stopped. Honestly one of the best domestic flights I’ve been on.

They were an hour late and they didn’t have my wheelchair for me

The Flight crew didn’t serve us until about 1.5 hours into the flight because of turbulence but after it ended it was fine to move around. They served us water only and snacks and then NEVER, NOT ONE TIME came through to collect trash until right before landing about 1.5 hours later. There was absolutely no need for that. They crew was just standing around talking and visiting with each other and really never tried to see if we might want something besides water or even try to come pick up trash. This is VERY unusual for a Delta flight but it was not what I would have expected for a 4 hour flight.
